The contract will involve quarterly fleet maintenance, including comprehensive service tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, air filter maintenance, and annual tire changes. Potential contractors must be small businesses, with a preference for socio-economic categories like HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, or women-owned small businesses. Interested firms must respond to the Request for Information (RFI) by March 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, submitting their capabilities via email to parie.reynolds@us.af.mil. The opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS Category 811111 for General Automotive Repair. The contract structure includes a base period of one year with four potential one-year option periods, representing a potential five-year service engagement. Work will be performed during standard business hours (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday) at the JBSA Camp Bullis location. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the contract involves maintenance services for 23 specific MRZR vehicles (model MCAR4ED7MA). Contractors will be required to provide fully trained personnel, maintain a single point of contact, submit monthly status reports, and develop a comprehensive quality control plan.
