About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the 502D Air Base Wing, Department of the Air Force, seeking market research for Military Razor (MRZR) Vehicle Maintenance. The RFI targets potential contractors capable of providing maintenance services for 23 MRZR All-Terrain Vehicles (model MCAR4ED7MA) located at Joint Base San Antonio Camp Bullis, TX. The government is seeking information from small businesses under NAICS Code 811111, with particular interest in socio-economic categories such as HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and women-owned small businesses.

Interested contractors must respond via email to parie.reynolds@us.af.mil by Monday, 31 Mar 25 at 1:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. The RFI requires respondents to confirm their ability to provide services, previous military customer experience, electronic invoicing capabilities through Wide Area Work-Flow (WAWF), and potential pricing methods (GSA or open market). The document emphasizes that this is a voluntary market research effort, not a formal solicitation, and responses will not automatically add companies to a bidders list or guarantee future contract opportunities. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 Feb 25 is attached as supplemental documentation.
