About this opportunity
Air Mobility Command, through the 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, intends to solicit two customizable customer sign-in kiosks with accompanying software and hardware for the 349th Force Support Squadron, with an anticipated RFQ release and award on or about September 15, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside procurement.
Place of performance is Travis Air Force Base, California. The 349 FSS seeks to replace its paper-based sign-in process with a stand-alone kiosk system that provides customers quick access, allows technicians to manage daily interactions, and enables managers to generate statistical reports capturing key metrics.
The deliverable comprises two standalone kiosks with customizable web-based software, two wall-mounted 42-inch smart TVs, and complete installation and integration. The system must connect via commercial wireless network using government-supplied devices and does not require Air Force network connectivity. Kiosks must support customizable branding and messaging, customer queue status notifications via text message, service scheduling, and comprehensive reporting functions including staff performance metrics, customer resolution tracking, peak time trend analysis, and productivity reporting, with data exportable to Microsoft Excel. The contractor must complete delivery and installation within 60 days of award, provide one year of warranty and technical support, and deliver comprehensive training to government personnel. Installation and support services occur Monday through Friday, 0700–1645, and the system must comply with NFPA-101 Life Safety Code standards. The contractor bears responsibility for all installation labor and any necessary building modifications (subject to facility manager approval).
Award will be on a firm-fixed-price purchase order basis using Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable evaluation. The PSC is 5895 (Miscellaneous Communication Equipment); NAICS is 334118 (Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing).
