About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the 349th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Travis Air Force Base, California, outlining requirements for a customizable kiosk-based customer management system. The 349 FSS requires two (2) standalone kiosks with accompanying web-based software and two (2) wall-mounted 42-inch smart TVs to modernize its current paper-roster sign-in process. The system must provide customers with quick sign-in capabilities, allow technicians to manage daily interactions, and enable managers to generate statistical reports. The kiosks and smart TVs will connect via commercial wireless network using government-supplied devices and do not require Air Force network connectivity.
The contractor must deliver a fully customizable system with website interface, kiosk hardware installation, and smart TV setup within 60 days of award. Key software requirements include customizable branding and messaging, customer queue status notifications via text message, service scheduling capabilities, and comprehensive reporting functions (staff performance metrics, customer resolution tracking, peak time trend analysis, and productivity reporting) exportable to Microsoft Excel. The system must support unlimited manager-level users and allow remote queue status access via commercial website. The contractor is responsible for all installation labor, building modifications (if necessary, subject to facility manager approval), one year of warranty and technical support, and comprehensive training for government personnel. Installation and support services must occur during standard duty hours Monday through Friday, 0700-1645, and the system must comply with NFPA-101 Life Safety Code standards.

349 FSS | Statement of Work
1. Summary & Scope The 349 FSS requires two (2) customizable sign-in tools to provide customers with a quick and easy way to sign in, allowing technicians to manage day-to-day interactions, and giving managers the ability to pull management reports to capture key statistical data.
