About this opportunity

The 349th Force Support Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, via the 60th Contracting Squadron, seeks to procure, deliver, install, configure, and support a commercial-off-the-shelf digital Queue Management System comprising two kiosk units and two wall-mounted 42-inch Smart TVs, with proposals due September 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM PT. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under a Firm Fixed Price contract.

Place of performance is Travis AFB, California, 531 Waldron Street, Building 239. The modernization initiative replaces a manual, paper-based check-in system to reduce customer wait times, improve triage, and provide analytics for operational performance tracking. Work must complete within 60 days of award during normal duty hours Monday through Friday, 0700–1645. The system shall connect to commercial wireless networks using government-supplied MiFi devices rather than Air Force Network connections. The contractor must provide specialized reports tracking staff performance metrics, customer inquiry patterns, service resolution status, and performance trends with export capability to Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and later. One-year warranty coverage for labor and technical support is included upon final installation and system acceptance. All software licensing, hosting, web-interface access, text-message functionality, maintenance, and support costs must be included in the firm-fixed price quote.

Contractor personnel requiring onsite installation work at Travis AFB must undergo identity vetting including NCIC and CLETS checks unless they hold a current favorable government security clearance verifiable through DISS. Subcontractors must be escorted at all times. Contractors with contracts exceeding 90 days must complete Level I Antiterrorism Awareness training and annual refresher training, plus Information Protection Security Training. Restricted Area Badge holders can work unescorted in restricted areas; others must be escorted.

Offerors must submit a financial verification statement from their financial institution or responsible official confirming sufficient resources to fulfill the requirement. Questions closed September 7 at 12:00 PM PT. Past performance documentation may include commercial and private-sector experience with no prescribed format required. Evaluation considers price (fair and reasonable), technical capability to fulfill SOW requirements, and past performance on recent and relevant federal contracts within the last three years. NAICS 334118; PSC 7B21. Anticipated award date is on or about September 15, 2026. Amendment 01 with Questions & Answers was posted September 9, 2026.
