About this file

This is a Statement of Work for the 349th Force Support Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, detailing requirements for a customizable queue management and customer sign-in system.

The 349 FSS requires procurement and installation of two (2) standalone kiosk systems with accompanying web interfaces and two (2) wall-mounted 42-inch Smart TVs as status display boards. The kiosks will modernize the current paper-based roster system by enabling customers to quickly sign in for services, allowing technicians to manage day-to-day interactions, and providing managers with statistical reporting capabilities. The system connects to a commercial wireless network using government-supplied devices rather than connecting to the Air Force Network. The kiosks must support customizable branding and graphics, service hour scheduling for walk-ins versus appointments, customized notification messages based on service type, and optional text message queue status updates. The Smart TVs must connect to commercial internet via MiFi devices and display real-time queue status. Hardware installation shall include all necessary labor, materials, and modifications to place kiosks and TVs in FSS lobbies near existing power sources, with wall mounts secured into wall studs using appropriate bracing. The contractor must provide specialized reports tracking staff performance metrics, customer inquiry patterns by time and day, service resolution status, and performance trends by organization and reporting period, with export capabilities to Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and later. The contractor shall complete all work within 60 days of award, provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to government personnel, conduct full installation and operational verification testing, adhere to NFPA-101 Life Safety Code standards with no firewall discontinuities, schedule work during normal duty hours Monday–Friday (0700–1645), and provide one-year warranty coverage for labor and technical support. The location is 349th Force Support Squadron, Bay F, 531 Waldron Street, Building 239, Travis AFB, California 94535, with facility management contact MSgt Nicholai Fuller for any required building modifications.
