No incumbent contractors are identified as this represents a new requirement for the government. The anticipated contract structure includes a firm fixed price arrangement with a 12-month base period of performance beginning October 2025, plus four additional 12-month option periods extending through September 2030. The maintenance schedule encompasses 52 pieces of equipment with a total preventive maintenance budget of $121,296.26 and an additional $35,000 allocated for corrective maintenance services. The equipment inventory includes various capacity ranges from 3,000 to 100,000 pounds, manufactured by companies such as Hyster, Doosan, Yale, and Toyota.
