The solicitation seeks a hotel/resort facility to provide comprehensive services including accommodations for 93 adults and 42 children, meals, conference spaces, childcare facilities, audio-visual equipment, and recreational activities such as water parks, rock climbing, bowling, and spa access. The retreat aims to promote mental resilience and family well-being through exploration and environmental diversity for Air Force personnel and their dependents. The procurement will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology, with technical capability evaluated on a pass/fail basis and awards made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
