About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking capability statements from vendors by March 20, 2024 for a brick veneer repair project at the air traffic control tower located in Burlington, Vermont. The scope of work involves removing and replacing damaged brick, mortar, sealant and installing new weep holes. Interested vendors must demonstrate experience providing masonry, waterproofing and related construction services. All responses must be received by the specified deadline to inform the agency's determination on pursuing an unrestricted procurement or small business set-aside.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Responses will be evaluated to determine if adequate small business competition exists for a potential set-aside under NAICS 238910 and PSC C-211. The work must be completed within 45 days of award and repair the base building and link of the air traffic control tower. No budget range or incumbent was provided, but the statement of work and plans provide specifications and safety requirements for the brick, mortar and sealant materials.
