About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a market survey for acquisition of four Systel Mission Processors (part number RC4600D-JHU-01) and one Systel Mission Workstation (part number RC2200DH-JHU-01), with responses due August 14, 2026. This market survey is informational only and does not constitute a screening information request or request for proposal; the FAA is not currently seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
The FAA is assessing whether adequate competition exists and exploring set-aside eligibility. The agency is actively seeking interest from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) Program-certified firms; the ultimate competitive structure—full and open or set-aside—has not been determined. The nature of any resultant contract is anticipated to be Fixed-Price.
The scope requires delivery of a workstation and processors meeting specified configurations: four Mission Processors in 4U rack format with dual Xeon 6736P processors, dual NVIDIA 4500 Blackwell GPUs, and quad-port 10Gbps NIC; one Mission Workstation in 2U format with dual Xeon 6736P processors, single 4500 Blackwell GPU, and four NVMe and four SATA carriers. Vendors must provide applicable warranty with the equipment. The survey seeks statements of interest and capability from eligible vendors demonstrating capacity to meet these technical specifications.
