About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a Request for Interest (RFI) to identify potential vendors for Mapping Software for Testing, specifically designed to be used on Wide-Format Printers at DLA Document Services facilities. The software must comply with MIL-STD 3060 and NGAXXCOLRTRGT standards, which focus on precise color separation and printing requirements for geospatial intelligence products. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and submit their response via email by April 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The response should include business name, UEI Code, CAGE code, point-of-contact, business type, and the name of the proposed software package. Interested parties will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the technical specifications outlined in the attached standards documents, which include strict color accuracy, printing consistency, and quality control requirements.
This pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside for small businesses, though the NAICS code 513210 has a small business size standard up to $47 million. The opportunity falls under the Product or Service Code 7B22 for IT and Telecom computing servers and software. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the size standard suggests potential contract values up to $47 million for qualifying vendors. The solicitation is purely for market research purposes and does not guarantee a future contract award. Three government points of contact are provided: Tina Grujic (Contracting Officer), David Purvis (Contract Specialist), and Patrick D'Arcy (Contract Specialist), who can be reached via their respective email addresses for any inquiries related to this Request for Interest.
