Contractors will be required to submit an Individual Small Business Subcontracting Plan, detailing their strategies for engaging small businesses across various categories including HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Oral presentations for shortlisted offerors are scheduled for July 21-25, 2025, with a final contract award to be made based on best value considerations.
