Performance and payment security equal to 50% of the contract price must be obtained within ten days of award, and liquidated damages are assessed at $252 per calendar day for delays. Offerors must demonstrate technical qualifications, financial responsibility, valid Indonesian business registration, required licenses and permits, and insurance compliance.
