About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office - P New Cumberland is conducting a Request for Information/Sources Sought to identify qualified industry sources for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contracts for leasing A3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) in Europe and Middle East regions. The procurement seeks Firm Fixed Price contracts for comprehensive MFD leasing services including delivery, end-user training, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies except paper, relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security. This is a follow-on acquisition covering five geographic regions as defined in the Performance Work Statement, with the government seeking industry feedback on the draft PWS and prospective Contract Line Item Number structure. The due date for responses is August 19, 2025, and the government has provided updated responses to vendor questions through attached spreadsheets. The contracting office will use the MA IDIQ vehicles to establish individual task orders for specific leasing requirements.
This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designation, making it available to all qualified contractors regardless of socioeconomic status. The MFDs will be offered under flat firm fixed price rates for lease terms of up to 60 months, providing predictable pricing structure for the government's document management needs. The procurement falls under NAICS code 532420 for Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and PSC code W074 for Lease or Rental of Equipment-Office Machines. No specific incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the notice, though this is noted as a follow-on acquisition suggesting existing contracts may be expiring. The government has not disclosed specific award values, quantities of devices needed, or budget ranges for the anticipated contracts, focusing instead on gathering market intelligence and industry capabilities during this pre-solicitation phase.
