The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of Lower Tier Project Office, is seeking proposals in regards to Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON) for a Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS). This effort affords a potential Offeror the opportunity to build, test and deliver six LTAMDS Production Representative Units (PRUs) under 10 U.S. Code § 2371b, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) with the potential of a follow-on production contract for an additional quantity of up to 16 LTAMDS.
The LTAMDS Acquisition Strategy is a rapid prototyping initiative. Proposals, to include classified annexes and additional artifacts, are to be submitted under this LTAMDS PPON.
