Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and Wide Area Workflow, with proposals due by February 22, 2022. Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and price.

Site visits were held on January 17-18, 2022, with all inquiries to be submitted by email to the points of contact by the specified due date.
