About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha seeks proposals for a leadership development program to provide graduate-level instruction for up to 12 Corps employees. The purpose is to develop adaptive leadership skills to effectively lead teams and promote the agency's mission. Proposals are due by February 16, 2022 and will be evaluated based on past performance and price. The selected contractor must conduct classroom instruction, assessments, coaching, and facilitate a capstone project within a one-year base period and four optional one-year extensions.

This project consists of professional services of an entity that can provide graduate level academic instruction for a maximum of 12 Corps employees. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Leadership Development Program is developed in accordance with Engineer Regulation 690-1-1214 to successfully prepare US Corp of Engineers’ future leaders. The intention of the program is to enable participants to apply what they have learned about leadership to their current position or transfer to another USACE location and seamlessly apply their gained knowledge to their new position.
