About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation seeks labor costs for assembly, testing, and integration of finished hardware supporting Qatar PATRIOT operations, with proposals due August 31, 2026. This is a sole source to Raytheon, foreclosing competition outside that vendor.
Place of performance is Qatar. Work will be performed under Raytheon's existing Alpha VI Long-Term Contract (SPRBL1-25-D-0006) and placed on the subsumable indefinite delivery requirements contract SPRRA2-25-D-0016 to support the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space Integrated Fires Mission Command. The procurement covers labor pricing for approximately 400 distinct line items across radar, missile defense, and support equipment systems, including electronic components, microwave devices, electromechanical assemblies, cable assemblies, and support equipment. Quantities range from single units to 160 units per part number; classified items are subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations restrictions.
The Government contemplates Firm-Fixed-Pricing for this single purchase add-on. Raytheon must submit one summary schedule with fully supportable cost data including labor categories, hours by category, material and equipment costs, and total cost breakdown in Microsoft Excel format with working formulas. Supporting documentation must include Forward Pricing Rate Agreements, Recommendations, or Proposals with DCAA or DCMA. If subcontracting exceeds 70 percent of total cost, Raytheon must describe the value-added services provided. The proposal must remain valid for a minimum of 180 days. Contact Contracting Officer Anna Phillips (Anna.phillips@dla.mil, 256-214-9734) or Contract Specialist Lauren Tatum (Lauren.tatum@dla.mil, 256-476-9910). NAICS code 334419; PSC 4910.
