Proposals must include certified or Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data per FAR 15.403, Forward Pricing Rate Agreements or DCMA documentation, and identification of any organizational conflicts of interest. Progress Payments per FAR 52.232-16 are authorized if expressly requested. The contract is subject to Defense Priority and Allocations System rated orders; contractors must notify DLA within 10–15 working days if unable to meet delivery requirements.
