Pricing must be quoted in Euros excluding VAT, which is subject to a 20 percent rate, and contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies. Contractors must comply with French labor laws, including Convention Collective No 3343 governing janitorial services, and maintain 100 percent of the incumbent cleaning personnel. Required documentation includes proof of insurance (EUR 2,000,000 bodily injury and property damage per occurrence), a tax regularity certificate (URSAFF), business establishment documentation (Kbis), personnel security information, and past performance references. The performance standard allows no more than one customer complaint per month, and all work will be performed in Lyon, France, during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00).
