The Indian Health Service (IHS), a part of the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking janitorial services for the Catawba Service Unit Health Center located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The contract is exclusively set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS code 561720 for janitorial services. The procurement will follow a Firm Fixed Price model with one base year and four potential option years, with the contractor expected to perform cleaning services three days per week between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Specific requirements include daily tasks such as bathroom sanitization, floor cleaning, waste management, and surface maintenance, with the government providing cleaning equipment and supplies. Successful contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete all necessary electronic representations and certifications. While specific contract value was not disclosed, the scope suggests a small to medium-sized service contract focused on maintaining the health center's cleanliness and operational standards. Contractors must also adhere to strict confidentiality requirements, treating all project information as government property.
