About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center seeks removal, procurement, and installation of commercial-grade executive office furniture for eight offices within the AFTC/JA Legal Suite at Edwards Air Force Base, California, with quotations due September 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 337127 (Institutional Furniture Manufacturing) with a 500-employee size standard.

Place of performance is Edwards AFB, CA 93524. The requirement encompasses three contract line items: de-installation and removal of approximately 75 legacy furniture pieces; purchase of new commercial-grade executive furniture specified in the accompanying SOW (including 7 executive L-shaped height-adjustable desks, 1 straight height-adjustable desk, 8 executive office chairs, 14 guest/customer chairs, 7 executive wardrobe cabinets, 7 display/coffee bar credenzas, 1 conference table with 8 chairs, 2 small office couches, 3 heavy-duty legal bookcases, 2 double-door supply storage cabinets, and 2 five-drawer file cabinets); and installation of new furniture. All wood and laminated elements must feature light-colored finishes (light gray, birch, maple, or light ash) and exclude dark finishes. A critical constraint is that all furniture must be deliverable through a standard single door in flat-pack or modular components due to the absence of a loading dock. Estimated delivery is 180 days after receipt of order, FOB destination Edwards AFB.

The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, shipping, delivery, assembly, setup, and installation. The contract will be firm fixed-price, awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer provides best value considering price, features, delivery terms, and warranty terms. All vendors must be Level One Certified under the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program and registered in SAM prior to award. Quotations must include UEI number, TIN, CAGE code, contractor name, payment terms, point of contact, email address, FOB preference, warranty details, and offer expiration date. Solicitation number FA930126P0044.
