Update #3 ·

The purpose for this amendment is to correct the due date.

The due date is March 3, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST.

Update #2 ·

I am reviewing the listed solicitation, in the pricing section it has one base year and four option years. Are we assuming all tanks and back flow prevention devices will be inspected / tested each year? Yes Additionally, the SOW calls for applying a new liner (item 6) to be installed. Are we to assume that each tank will be lined in year one but then obviously should not need that cost in future years? Yes, lining only needs to be done in the first year

What material of construction are the tanks, steel? They are all steel

By penthouse do you mean top floor or roof? Top floor, like a mechanical room there are no tanks directly on the roof

Are the tanks vertical or horizontal? Cylindrical, Rectangular, etc.? Rectangular They are rectangular, slightly wider than they are high

What is the access to the tanks like? They are all located in mechanical rooms, equipped with affixed ladders for top access. Access at the top is by metal hatchways

Are drains available for draining / flushing the tanks? Given their location it would not be feasible to utilize a vac truck. Yes VA will provide plumbers to assist in coordination and access.

These are all potable water tanks? Yes

Is there a site visit for this? No
