This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million.
The FSC/PSC is J065.
The Biomedical Engineering Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA (VA GLA) requires a service contract for comprehensive support of its Linear Accelerator (LINAC) hardware, ARIA and Eclipse software, and Full-scale network system. These systems are integral to the Radiation Oncology treatment programs and are essential for delivering patient care. The need for a service contract arises to ensure the continued optimal performance and reliability of these critical systems, which are essential for providing high-quality radiation oncology treatments to veterans. Regular maintenance and expert support are necessary to prevent any disruptions in patient care and to address any technical issues promptly. The expected performance period is a base year with four option years thereafter.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
