About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs published a Special Notice announcing its intent to enter into a sole source contract with Strata Skin Sciences, Inc. for a Strata Xtrac service maintenance agreement. The contracting office is located in Kettering, Ohio under Veterans Integrated Service Network 10.
The Special Notice seeks to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the intended sole source award. It provides contractors until February 16, 2024 at 2PM Eastern to submit capability statements demonstrating the ability to meet the specialized requirements for maintaining Strata Xtrac equipment. Only Strata Skin Sciences, Inc. is currently eligible due to the unique nature of the required services and supplies. Any responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of assessing whether competition could satisfy the agency's needs as identified in the Special Notice.
