About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed-price contract with ScriptPro USA, Incorporated for support and maintenance services for Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems. The contract will cover multiple VA medical centers in Florida, including facilities in Orlando, Lake Nona, Lake Baldwin, Viera, and Daytona. The procurement is being conducted under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), which allows for sole source award when only one source can provide the required services at the necessary quality level. Interested parties may submit clear documentation demonstrating their capabilities to Rohan McKenzie at rohan.mckenzie@va.gov by May 28, 2025. The VA will independently determine whether to compete the proposed contract based on responses received, with the final decision remaining solely at the government's discretion.
The contract includes an extensive list of equipment and services, encompassing 4 Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems, 76 ScriptPro Inventory Management Modules, 43 Pharmacy Data Terminals, and various supplementary technologies like scanners, electronic signature devices, notice boards, and software licenses. There is no specific set-aside designation for this opportunity, and the procurement falls under the NAICS category of Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (339112). The contract covers both Federal Supply Schedule and open market items, with multiple product numbers and quantities specified for each component. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the equipment and services suggests a significant investment in maintaining advanced pharmacy technology infrastructure across VA medical centers in the region.
