While this is not a request for competitive quotes, any firm believing it can meet the requirements may submit written notification by August 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT via email to Lorraine.Hussain@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and if no responses are received by the deadline, the government will proceed with the sole source award to HYDR8.
