About this opportunity

The 309th Software Engineering Group at Hill Air Force Base is seeking to replace and upgrade the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Telemetry Integrated Processing System (ITIPS). The contract includes the provision of six identical front-end processors capable of monitoring and analyzing over 2,500 parameters for ICBM sample tests, as well as providing technical training, documentation, support, and a 60-month warranty. The processors are to be delivered 120 days after the award of the contract.

Products and Services to be provided:

  1. Six identical front-end processors for the ITIPS.
  2. Technical training after delivery of the processors.
  3. System operation and maintenance manuals in both hard and soft copy.
  4. Twelve months of technical support starting from the date of processor delivery.
  5. A warranty of 60 months from when the processors have been received and accepted.

This amendment is to post the updated Statement of Work, and post the updated combine synopsis solicitaiton document to include the statement in the evaluation criteria "The contractor must provide equipment that can convert at least 4 BNC-terminated PCM signals to a RCC218-20 compliant UDP TMoIP output." Due to these changes the due date for offers has changed to 9/1/2023.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

This is a total small business set-side for NAICS 517810. The Government requests responses from qualified sources capable of meeting the requirement herein. The Government anticipates making a single contract award for this requirement but reserves the right to make no contract award.

Point of Contact: The Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is the sole point of contact for this acquisition. The offeror shall address any questions, concerns or requests for clarification to the PCO annotated herein. When appropriate, answers to questions and concerns will be made available to all offerors.
