This procurement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year plus four one-year option periods, totaling five years. The total contract value is estimated at $19 million over the five-year performance period. The contractor must establish and maintain the residential facility within the specified 20-mile radius of Tucson, Arizona, while adhering to comprehensive quality assurance surveillance standards including 95% daily service adherence and 80% veteran satisfaction ratings. Performance will take place in the Tucson, Arizona area, though the solicitation notice lists Long Beach, California as the place of performance, which appears to be an administrative discrepancy given the clear requirement for services near the Tucson VA Healthcare System. The procurement falls under NAICS code 623220 for Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities and includes specific wage determinations for Pima County, Arizona.
