In order to be eligible to receive an award resulting from the RFP evaluations, the contractor must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. You may register via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
