About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to supply the Department of Defense Education Activity with up to 8,500 multi-touch interactive flat panel displays of varying sizes, up to 400 smart televisions, and enterprise remote management licensing compatible with SMART Lumio software. The goods and services will be used in classroom, meeting, and collaborative spaces located within the continental United States and overseas. Award will be made to up to four contractors based on lowest price technically acceptable proposals. The deadline for submissions is March 15, 2024.
The opportunity is set aside for total small business and has a potential value of $45 million over five years. Up to 8,500 interactive flat panels and 400 smart televisions must be supplied to locations in the United States and abroad within delivery schedules of 30 days for overseas and 21 days domestically. The base period of performance is one year with four one-year options allowing additional products to be added throughout as requirements and technologies change. Places of performance include Department of Defense Education Activity schools and offices located both within and outside the continental United States.

THIS IS AN IDIQ Contract.
DoDEA requires up to 8,500 multi-touch interactive flat panels (IFP) of select varied sizes and specifications and up to 400 brand agnostic smart televisions (TVs) for use in classroom spaces, meeting spaces, and other collaborative areas in schools and offices located CONUS and OCONUS. Both device types will be used primarily for classroom learning with possible opportunities for hybrid instruction. Once a delivery or task order (DO/TO) is awarded, the contractor must supply locations both CONUS and OCONUS in accordance with the order. Bid awards will not be split by District or Region as identified by DoDEA. Once originally ordered items become end-of-life and/or as new requirements are identified products can be added throughout the life of the contract. Finally, DoDEA requires enterprise Remote Management licensing that is compatible with SMART (Lumio, formerly Learning Suite) software. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR MORE INFORMATION.
