The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), on behalf of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), issued a Special Notice on January 7, 2026, regarding the Integrated Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Architecture (IGEA) program. This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI) published for market research purposes to solicit industry feedback on potential IT support service requirements. The RFI is classified under NAICS Code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) with a size standard of $34,000,000, and falls under Product Service Code R423 for professional intelligence support services. Responses to this RFI are entirely voluntary and will not affect any firm's eligibility to submit offers in future solicitations. The government explicitly states that this RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue a procurement action and respondents will not be entitled to payment for submitting information. Interested parties are required to monitor SAM.gov for additional information and formal notices related to this requirement.

The RFI seeks industry input on comprehensive IT support services that would provide personnel, supervision, and non-personal services for software, hardware, storage, and network connectivity across multiple IGEA sites located in Fort Gordon, Georgia and international locations including Honolulu, Wiesbaden, Vicenza, San Antonio, Colorado Springs, Charlottesville, and the Republic of Korea. The estimated contract workload encompasses 502,080 hours with an anticipated workforce of 261.5 full-time equivalent personnel, with the contract type anticipated to be Time and Material. Key responsibilities would include network administration, system administration, field service representative support, accreditation, compliance documentation, and direct end-user support for sensitive intelligence operations involving enterprise hardware (Cisco UCS servers, storage devices, switches) and software platforms (VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft products, ArcGIS). Personnel must possess a FINAL TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access, as the work involves highly sensitive intelligence functions. Responses to the RFI are due by February 9, 2026, with the government seeking feedback on technical capabilities, classified environment experience, GEOINT data systems expertise, and approaches to minimizing administrative burdens.
