The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 seeks procurement of one infant warmer unit for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, with proposals due September 11 at 12:00 p.m. MT. Place of performance is Aurora, Colorado (1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045-7211). Delivery must include shipping and installation via available loading dock access Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1500 hours, excluding Federal Holidays.

The required infant warmer must incorporate heated mattress and overhead radiant heat with servo-controlled temperature regulation, integrated resuscitation system, SpO2 and heart rate monitoring, 360-degree access for procedures, integrated scale and storage, current regulatory-compliant safety and alarm features, electronic health record compatibility, and battery backup for up to 15 minutes of operation. The vendor must provide comprehensive training resources and ongoing technical support.
