About this opportunity

The Bureau of Land Management Idaho State Office is seeking a contractor to construct approximately 1,281 rods of four-wire fence with wood anchor structures, including 2 four-wire gates, 6 double swing four-wire gates, and 2 steel gates in Dubois, Idaho. The project encompasses three separate fence segments: West Fence, East Fence, and Exclosure Fence, with the contractor required to provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage necessary to complete the work according to specifications and industry standards. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time, and potential contractors must attend to avoid claims for differing site conditions. The government will evaluate quotes based on technical approach/capabilities, past performance, and pricing to determine the best value award. Questions must be submitted by email no later than June 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time, with electronic quotes due July 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) with a size standard of $19.0 million, and no current incumbent contractor is identified in the documentation. The estimated contract value ranges between $100,000 and $250,000, structured as a firm-fixed-price arrangement. The performance period is 75 calendar days following receipt of the notice to proceed, which will be issued 10 days after contract award, establishing a project timeline from July 18, 2025, to October 1, 2025. The work will be performed entirely in Idaho, specifically in Clark County near Dubois, with the fence construction spanning multiple land management jurisdictions including Bureau of Land Management, Department of Energy, private, state, and U.S. Forest Service lands. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database and submit quotes electronically to be considered for award.
