About this opportunity
The United States Special Operations Command's Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) Force Programs Office is seeking a contractor to provide Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) services for physical security and force protection. The procurement will establish a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for access control systems, closed-circuit televisions, and intrusion detection systems designed to protect personnel, property, and facilities. This follow-on effort will replace the existing contract H92240-21-D-0001, which expires on 19 October 2025. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the pre-solicitation notice, the contract will involve task orders using firm fixed-price labor rates, materials, and travel. Potential vendors should note the upcoming solicitation and prepare for the opportunity, with the synopsis currently posted and responses expected by June 9, 2025.
The contract is designated as a 100% small business set-aside, specifically targeting businesses in the Security Systems Services category (NAICS 561621). The maximum ceiling for the contract is $27.1 million, covering a total five-year ordering period with an optional two-year extension. Task orders will be issued using firm fixed-price mechanisms, allowing for flexibility in service delivery. The current contract (H92240-21-D-0001) serves as the incumbent contract, providing context for the scope and scale of services required. Interested small businesses should carefully review the pre-solicitation notice and prepare comprehensive proposals that demonstrate capability in managing integrated electronic security systems for military installations and personnel.
