No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the documentation. While no specific contract value is disclosed, the anticipated procurement structure is a firm-fixed price contract with a base period of one year running from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2026. The contractor will be required to respond to service calls within four hours, provide on-site service by the next business day when possible, and restore equipment to full operational condition within 72 hours. The maintenance services will operate during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with emergency support available as needed to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation supporting the Navy's medical mission.
