These pour-down (decanting) and HAZMAT facility management services shall be conducted in Building 256 delivering HAZMAT to production lines in the 309th Maintenance Groups on Hill Air Force Base, Utah. A formal solicitation will be made available approximately March/April 2012 with the services estimated to begin July to November 2012. These services are currently being provided by EM-Assist, Inc. under contract FA8201-09-D-0006. 2. Information for Interested Parties: Subject to the Government's consideration, a viable source qualified to provide the requisite services should submit a detailed response to the attached ‘Capability Questionnaire’. A draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is also attached for reference. 3. Other Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 -- Facilities Support Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Air Force will not pay for either the effort or the associated costs to respond, or for any information provided. Responses must be submitted by 23 Feb 2012 to OO-ALC/PKEAS, ATTN: Stephen J. Hutton, 6038 Aspen Ave., Bldg 1289 Upstairs, Hill AFB UT 84056-5805, or electronically to stephen.hutton@hill.af.mil.
