The contractor must comply with Federal, State, and Local Code requirements (NSPC, NEC, ASHRAE, OSHA, NFPA, UFC), coordinate through facility manager TSgt Dawson White (707-424-8648), provide 14 days' advance notice for required shutdowns, restore disturbed areas, and maintain a clean work site. All work carries a one-year warranty from government acceptance. The contractor must obtain DAF Form 103 (Base Civil Engineer Work Clearance Request, renewed every 30 days) and DAF Form 592 if performing welding, cutting, brazing, or heat-producing operations. Personnel must comply with Travis AFB security requirements, including NCIC and CLETS checks or possess a current favorable government security clearance. Delivery of system schematics and maintenance guidelines in hard copy and digital formats to the 60th Civil Engineer Squadron is required upon completion.

The NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction); PSC is Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings). Evaluation criteria are fair and reasonable pricing and acceptable technical capability. Offerors must submit a Contractor Responsibility Verification form and Technical Capability Statement. Prices must remain firm for 60 calendar days from submission. The anticipated award date is on or about June 11, 2026. Questions were due May 20, 2026.
