About this file
This file is a Request for Information (RFI) document related to the hangar door assessment solicitation at Travis Air Force Base. The RFI seeks vendor input and clarifications regarding the quality check and assessment requirements for three hangar doors (H808, H809, and H810) located at Travis AFB in California. The document appears to contain questions and answers exchanged between potential vendors and the 60th Civil Engineering Squadron Group, along with a Preliminary Master Task List (PMTL) to guide contractor understanding of the work scope.
The related solicitation (FA442726Q1069) has been amended three times, with the final quote deadline extended to 11 June 2026 at 1200 PDT. A mandatory site visit was held on 18 May 2026 at 1030 PDT at Building 549, 350 Hangar Avenue, Travis AFB, California, with vendor representation limited to two representatives per company. The government requires proper quality check and assessment services for the three specified hangar doors, and responses to the RFI along with the PMTL have been provided to assist vendors in preparing their proposals. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, or contract vehicles are detailed in the available information.
