No incumbent contractor is identified in the notice, as this represents a market research phase preceding any formal solicitation. The notice does not disclose specific award values or budget ranges, noting only that the sources sought is issued for information and planning purposes without committing the government to contract for any supply or service. The contract will require a 4-hour power outage test, infrared scanning capabilities, and detailed reporting within seven days of work completion. This sources sought notice does not guarantee that an RFQ will be issued, and participation in responding does not preclude vendors from competing in any future solicitation that may be released.
