Minor repair parts costs must be incorporated into semi-annual inspection labor pricing; repairs beyond minor scope will be handled separately through contract modification.
The contract is a Firm Fixed Price base year award with four option years, running August 15, 2026, through August 14, 2031. The NAICS code is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors); the estimated size standard is $19 million. The incumbent contractor is Preferred Lightning Protection under contract 36C25552P0551, expiring July 29, 2026. A pre-bid site visit was held August 4, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The contract incorporates Service Contract Act wage determinations for Jackson County, Missouri.
