About this opportunity

The United States Air Force, specifically the 771 ESS/EGA at Wright-Patterson AFB, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Program Management Office (PMO) Advisory & Assistance Services at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The primary objective is to support the repair, reshaping, and rebuilding of Air Force installations following damage from Typhoon Mawar. Respondents must email their submissions to specified Air Force contacts by 1:00 PM EDT on May 22, 2025, using the subject line "Sources Sought - Guam Program Management Office Support." The evaluation will focus on firms' capabilities to meet the requirements outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement, with particular attention to expertise in program management, construction oversight, and technical support.

The proposed contract period is 60 months, with potential task orders continuing up to 12 months beyond the initial ordering period.
