About this opportunity
The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease warehouse space in Bradenton, Florida, and will evaluate expressions of interest through October 22, 2026, to determine whether an alternative to the Government's expiring current lease is economically advantageous.
The delineated area spans central Bradenton as shown in the attached map. The required space is 8,904 to 8,978 rentable square feet with 60 surface parking spaces. GSA will consider the 10-year full term (5 firm, 5 option) against relocation costs including physical move, tenant improvement replication, telecommunications infrastructure setup, and non-productive agency downtime. The space must be outside the one-percent annual chance floodplain, meet federal fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and be offered as a fully serviced lease. Entities must comply with Section 889 of the FY26 National Defense Authorization Act telecommunications prohibitions as implemented in the FAR.
Expressions of Interest are due October 22, 2026, and should reference Project Number 5FL0549. Submit to Lease Contracting Officer Alvin P. Jackson, GSA Office of Realty and Lease Acquisition, 77 Forsyth Street SW, Suite G-40, Atlanta, Georgia 30303-3490, or alvin.jackson@gsa.gov. This is not a set-aside procurement.
