The tenant improvement allowance is $54.29 per ABOA square foot, with an additional Building Specific Amortized Capital amount of $12.00 per ABOA square foot. The facility must meet Facility Security Level II requirements and comply with strict design guidelines from the U.S. Courts Courthouse Design Reference Manual. Key prohibitions include no co-location with businesses selling alcohol, cannabis, or firearms, and strict compliance with telecommunications equipment restrictions outlined in Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. The place of performance will be within Marquette, Michigan, specifically bounded by Wright Street, County Road 500, Lake Superior, and Lakeshore Boulevard, with specific design and security requirements tailored to a federal probation and pretrial services office.
