Offerors must be licensed or certified to write health insurance in the Philippines and must maintain liability insurance of at least $25,000 per specialty per occurrence. Eligible U.S. firms must submit prices and accept payment in U.S. dollars; foreign firms must submit prices and receive payment in local currency.
