About this opportunity

The contractor is required to install a wireless GPS clock system at St. Stephens Indian School, which includes two buildings: a high school and an elementary/middle school. List of products and services to be provided:

  1. Installation of approximately 90 analog, wireless, battery-powered clocks in the high school building.
  2. Installation of approximately 51 analog, wireless, battery-powered clocks in the elementary/middle school building.
  3. Provision of attic stock of spare clocks for both buildings.
  4. Installation of headend equipment in both buildings.
  5. Purchase of an FCC License for the GPS clock system.
  6. Removal of existing clocks and associated system.
  7. Provision of all devices, conduits, cable trays, wiring, cables, terminations, grounding, sleeves, boxes, j-hooks, ladder racks, wire molding, wire guards, mounting hardware and any other items required for the system.
  8. Firestopping through any fire rated partitions.
  9. Daily cleanup and waste disposal.
  10. Cutting, patching, painting or finishing of architectural surfaces disturbed during construction.
  11. Provision of engineered drawings of system.
  12. Labeling of all devices and wires.
  13. Compliance with school’s security procedures and COVID-19 protocols.
  14. Complete programming and integration of the system.
  15. Testing and commissioning the new system.
  16. Demonstration that the new system is fully functional.
  17. Provision of a 12-month warranty from project completion.
  18. Training and instruction for school personnel on the operation and care of the new clock system.
  19. Delivery of operation and maintenance manuals.
  20. Submission of product data, shop and engineered drawings, firestopping system, test and commissioning reports, as built drawings, CAD file of drawings, construction schedule, two week look ahead, and progress reports.
