Place of performance is Hampton, VA. The contractor must maintain a fleet of approximately 39 government-owned golf carts and utility vehicles (including Star EV, Polaris GEM, Gatormoto, Toro, MotoElectric, Icon, E-rides, Pilotcar, and Kubota models) in safe, serviceable operating condition.
