Delivery occurs August 10 through September 19, 2026, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Line Item 10 requires 607 tons; Line Item 20 requires 2,124 tons. Both are priced as firm fixed price.
NAICS code 212321 applies (size standard 500 employees); PSC code 5610. Pricing must be all-inclusive, firm fixed price, and valid for 180 days, covering supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and delivery. Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov with active UEI and carry liability insurance of $100,000 per person, $500,000 per occurrence, $100,000 property damage. Award will be made on best overall value considering technical capability, delivery reliability, subcontractor qualifications, past performance on similarly sized projects, and price.
