While specific award values are not disclosed, the Performance Work Statement indicates a contract structure with a base 12-month period and two potential 12-month option years. The project will involve establishing eight total testbeds: four seismic testbeds at Operating Location Boulder, Wyoming, and four additional testbeds (two digitizer and two infrasound) at AFTAC's Patrick Space Force Base in Florida. Contract requirements include developing pass/fail requirement documents, completing operational reports, providing comprehensive personnel training, and maintaining detailed monthly financial and technical status reporting. All submitted information must be unclassified, and all contract employees must be US citizens capable of accessing military installations.
