About this opportunity
The Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to acquire approximately 12,000 General Agent Population (GAP) Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK) to be issued to its personnel. The GAP IFAK must be designed to be worn on the Molle system of body armor or affixed to the wearer's belt, providing rapid access to life-saving medical equipment in confined spaces. Proposals will be evaluated on factors such as technical capability, past performance, and price. Key dates include a questions due date of June 17, 2024, sample submissions due July 8, 2024, and proposal submissions due July 29, 2024.

The government estimates a total contract value between $1,000,000 to $4,500,000 over the 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The place of performance is Quantico, VA. No partial awards will be considered, and the FBI plans to award a single firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.
